As a psychologist, I spent years studying human behavior, organizational dynamics, and the science of performance. I realized that true transformation doesn't come from quick fixes or motivational quotes, it comes from understanding how our minds work and implementing evidence-based practices.

My background in science and psychology taught me to look at the whole person, not just individual symptoms or behaviors, but the interconnected systems of mind, body, and environment. I've worked with leaders and teams to understand what really drives performance, resilience, and fulfillment.

The Cooking Connection

But there's another crucial part of my story. I also spent a decade working in kitchens, before I got into psychology and consulting, and have maintained my interest in cooking ever since. I discovered early on that nourishing your body with real, whole foods is one of the most powerful longevity interventions available. Additionally cooking can also be a source of relaxation, creativity, and a way to bring people together.

In the kitchen, I learned the same lessons as in organizational psychology: intention matters, quality ingredients matter, and the process should be just as important as the outcome.
